Whether you step outside your front door, or journey across the world, the experience of traveling is more about your mindset than your location.
Retreats can catalyze shifts in your life, or offer respite from routine. Yoga and self massage induce conditions in which you can shift from "doing" to "being".
Savoring healthy meals through unrushed social experiences will nourish you beyond the moments of the meals themselves.
Away from work, family, and expectations, you can be free to use your surroundings as a form of meditation. Leverage the excitement, awe, and pleasure of a new place to bolster your capacity for mindfulness.
Find community amongst your fellow retreaters, enjoying the opportunity to connect with others through unique and intimate shared experience and discovery.
